AXORI picks the right structure for each opportunity based on: space type, owner profile, presence of consumption, incentive eligibility.
Right of Surface (DdS) classic
Owner grants 25-year Right of Surface. Investor builds, manages, sells 100% energy at PUN on wholesale market. Replicable model at scale (Centro-Nord standard case).
SEU / Onsite PPA
Owner CONSUMES energy (industry, logistics, commercial). Investor installs PV/wind/BESS, sells energy TO OWNER at fixed PPA price (e.g. €95/MWh). Surplus sold on wholesale market.
Aggregated capacity tender
AXORI aggregates N small rooftops (200-500 kWp each) in a single scale opportunity (5-15 MW total). Investor acquires a ready package for TERNA MACSE auction or Capacity Market participation.
Hybrid CER
Mix DdS investor + energy community. The asset serves both owner and CER members (within 1km). Dual revenue stream: PUN sales + GSE incentive €60-120/MWh for shared energy (CACER Decree).
