Create a municipal CER: the city installs PV on public buildings, residents within 1km share energy and incentives.
Co-operatives and associations

Each member gets access to a personal dashboard: shows production, CER self-consumption, energy shared, and incentive earned.
Automatic incentive distribution
Monthly AXORI calculates each member's GSE incentive share based on configuration. Members receive payment directly. Annual reporting for board.
