1. Subject
These terms govern the use of axori.it and the services provided by AXORI Srl ("AXORI") through its Energy Operating platform. Accessing the site implies full acceptance of these conditions.
2. Services offered
AXORI offers two types of services:
- Self-service SaaS: software platform to manage renewable assets (PV, wind, BESS), with Italian-language AI advisor.
- Full-service operator: AXORI acts as a licensed energy operator (UdD/MSD), registering the asset under its own licence and selling energy on the wholesale markets on behalf of the customer.
Specific details of each service are governed by separate contracts signed with each customer.
3. Demo mode
The site axori.it is currently in demo mode. The data displayed, portfolio numbers and case studies are illustrative and do not constitute a binding commercial offer. For real service requests contact info@axori.it.
4. Liability and limitations
AXORI commits to providing services with maximum professional diligence. However it does not guarantee specific economic results (e.g. expected revenues, IRR, bill savings), as these depend on uncontrollable market factors (PUN, weather, GSE/Terna regulation).
Our contractual liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the damage event, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
5. AI advisor — disclaimer
The platform's AI advisor provides analysis and suggestions based on predictive models and market data. It does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice. Operational decisions remain always the customer's or operator's responsibility.
The AI may make mistakes. AXORI is not responsible for economic losses derived from automatically following suggestions without human evaluation.
6. Confidentiality
AXORI treats all customer operational data as strictly confidential. We do not share names, portfolio data or operational information with third parties without explicit written consent. For details on our policy see the /trust page.
7. Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, AXORI logo, platform software) is the exclusive property of AXORI Srl. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without written authorisation.
8. Changes
AXORI may modify these terms over time. Substantial changes will be communicated by email to registered customers with at least 30 days notice.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute the competent court is that of AXORI Srl's registered office. For consumer customers the consumer's domicile court applies.
