Frequently asked questions
How much does the AXORI platform cost as SaaS?+
Nothing. AXORI is not a subscription SaaS. We're an operator: we invest in the asset and earn margin on the energy sold. The software is a means, not a product on sale.
Can I exit the contract early?+
The Right of Surface is multi-decade to amortise AXORI's investment. There are early termination clauses defined case by case (e.g. change of intended use of the roof).
What happens at the end of the contract?+
The asset can be transferred to you (at a residual value to be agreed) or dismantled at AXORI's expense. We define the preferred option at the start of the contract.
Does AXORI invoice as an energy supplier?+
Yes. For the onsite PPA model we issue a monthly invoice for the consumed energy. For the total feed-in model the cash flow is reverse (AXORI pays the rent to the customer).
How long from start to operational?+
Typically 4-9 months: 1 month contracts, 2-3 months permits, 1-3 months installation + commissioning. For standalone BESS the timeline is shorter.
